The Rock Imaging SIG brings together academics, researchers, imaging equipment manufacturers, software and ML/AI specialists, end user geologists, geoscientists and engineers, professionals and students to share ideas, experience and know-how on all modes of rock imaging, across all scales from planets to pores.

This year's Rock Imaging SIG's annual meeting was held at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. As usual, we had a wonderful selection of technical and poster presentations and a multi-day workshop looking at standardisation of X-ray CT imaging and image segmentation. So rewarding to see the exchange of knowledge and forging of professional relationships that comes from gathering this enthusiastic group again.
